How to Land the Trapeze

Start with a throw similar to a Breakaway. Place your left index finger into the path of the yoyo and let the yoyo swing over your finger so it lands on the string. At first, hitting the string directly from the throw can be difficult, so feel free to start by throwing the yoyo forward, letting it swing, and then gradually practice catching it over your finger.
