Purpose and Retention of Personal Data

We process personal data provided during the order process (name, address, phone number and e-mail) for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the purchase contract, delivery of goods and handling possible claims.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.

Personal data are processed for a period of 4 years from the date of the order. Tax documents are archived for 10 years in accordance with legal requirements.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request their correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude the purchase contract and deliver the goods.
