Terms and Conditions

Seller

The operator of the SLUSNY Yoyo Shop e-commerce store is SkillAddicts s.r.o., Company ID 09227393, registered at Budečská 39, Prague 2, 120 00, Czech Republic, registered with the City of Prague, VAT payer.

Buyer

The buyer acknowledges that purchasing products does not grant any rights to trademarks, trade names, logos, or patents of the seller or third parties.

The buyer provides the seller only with the information necessary to process the order and any data required for invoicing.

Ordering System

Orders can be placed through the e-shop, via email, or by phone. All orders are binding.

By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller. The buyer has the right to cancel the order before it is confirmed or shipped. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it.

Delivery Terms

Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. The delivery address is the one provided by the buyer.

For bank transfer payments, the order is shipped after the payment is received. If the payment is not completed within the due date (3 business days), the order may be cancelled.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made in cash on delivery or in-store, by credit card, bank transfer, or via PayPal or GoPay services.

Withdrawal from Contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.

Returned goods must be undamaged, complete, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documents.

Goods must be sent to: SLUSNY – Jakub Kroutil, Budečská 39, Prague 2, 120 00, Czech Republic. Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

The seller will refund the purchase price within 30 days of withdrawal to the buyer’s bank account.

Privacy Protection

The seller handles personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Data is used solely for fulfilling the purchase contract and is not shared with third parties, except for carriers and payment providers.

We may collect personal and non-personal identification information when users visit our site, place an order, or interact with our services. This information is used to improve customer service, process transactions, and communicate with users.

Sensitive data is protected through secure systems, including SSL encryption, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Revenue Records

The seller issues a receipt to the buyer and records received payments in accordance with applicable legislation.

Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from October 12, 2017. The seller reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice.
