Split The Atom

Split the Atom is a very old school trick and appears a lot in tricklist competitions, so it's good to know. It starts in Split Bottom Mount, you drive the yoyo under the same way as if you wanted to do Barell Rolls. Then with your left hand you hit both strings that come from the yoyo. At that moment your right hand goes down and you drive the yoyo under so that it is still on the string that is now the leftmost. With your right hand you then hit both strings and spin the yoyo forward, similar to the Braintwister.

You release the loop that you have on your right index finger and untwist the yoyo. And that's it, you can break the atom.
