Skin The Gerbil

Skin the Gerbil, or gerbil shave, is a combo consisting of many tricks, where the most common mistake is forgetting one of the tricks. Skin the Gerbil starts in Trapeze. With your right hand, you pick up the strings about halfway between the yo-yo and the left hand and spin the yo-yo. Then you do a double trapeze. From it, you unwind into a classic trapeze and then do a spin between your hands, the same as in Matrix. Then follows a kind of double trapeze, but over your right index finger. You get out of it again by spinning into a classic trapeze.

The last step is another double trapeze, but after the first spin you don't hit the string, but you do one more spin. And only after that you hit the string. Then you spin the yo-yo and return it to your hand. It is important to throw the yo-yo through Breakaway. During the first part, the yo-yo doesn't slow down or stop that much.
