Dear customers, the security and protection of your personal data has long been our priority. In accordance with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with purchases in our online store.

• FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data that you provide when ordering goods — namely your name, surname, address, telephone number, and e-mail — are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract concluded with us by purchasing the respective goods in our eshop, including ensuring delivery of the goods in the manner you selected in your order, and handling any claims related to potential defects of the delivered goods. Personal data are also processed in connection with the fulfillment of related public-law obligations (e.g., issuance of tax documents and the necessary archiving of the relevant documentation).

The legal basis for processing your personal data, in relation to your order in our eshop, is the fulfillment of contractual obligations and/or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on us by generally binding legal regulations (in particular Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended, Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, and Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended).

Your personal data will be processed for four years from the date of ordering the respective goods in our eshop in order to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations (especially handling potential complaints and enforcing claims arising from the contract) and the duration of rights and obligations arising from the contract. Tax documents containing your personal data are archived in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act for ten years.

Under the conditions set out in generally binding legal regulations, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data where one of the legal grounds applies, or to restrict their processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection. We need the requested personal data from you in order to fulfill the contract and process your order in the eshop. Of course, you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data; however, without providing the necessary data, it is not possible to conclude a purchase contract with us and order the desired product (we would not know where to send the product, and neither we nor the delivery company could contact you regarding delivery, etc.).

To ensure the best possible user experience in our eshop and to guarantee its full functionality, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your device.

Some cookies are deleted immediately after you close your web browser (temporary cookies), while other cookies remain stored on your device and allow us to recognize your browser during your next visit to the eshop (permanent cookies).
