No Slackicide Trapeze

What the trick is about

Ann Connolly herself filmed this tutorial for us and teaches you how to do a trick called the No Slackicide Trapeze. It's actually a simplified version of the Slackicide.

Step by step

You throw the loop from your left hand over your right hand and then, instead of the very difficult Slackicide catch, you just cut the string from right to left with your left index finger.

Which yoyo should you use for advanced tricks?

For advanced tricks, an unresponsive yoyo is the best choice. Unlike beginner yoyos it does not come back on a tug – it returns with a trick called the Bind. Thanks to that it can spin much longer and handle more difficult tricks.

Features of unresponsive yoyos

  • Long spin time (Sleeper)
  • Higher stability and performance
  • Yoyo returns with the Bind trick
  • Great for competitions
