Matrix

The Matrix is a fun and easy trick that comes from Double or Nothing. If you're already in Double, you release the string on your right index finger and I spin the yoyo to the left and you end up in Trapeze. Then I move my right hand over my left and spin the yoyo in the same direction as before, this time between both hands.

The ending is Double again

After this spin, you should end up in Trapeze again, but the Matrix doesn't end there. From Trapeze, you have to get back to Double or Nothing, where the trick also ends. Or it starts, because you can do it over and over again.

Which yoyo should you use for advanced tricks?

For advanced tricks, an unresponsive yoyo is the best choice. Unlike beginner yoyos it does not come back on a tug – it returns with a trick called the Bind. Thanks to that it can spin much longer and handle more difficult tricks.

Features of unresponsive yoyos

  • Long spin time (Sleeper)
  • Higher stability and performance
  • Yoyo returns with the Bind trick
  • Great for competitions
