Yoyofriends was founded in 2016 as the own brand of manufacturer FPM. From the beginning, the goal has been to showcase the capabilities of high-end yoyo manufacturing while continuously pushing yoyo design forward.
Since 2018, Yoyofriends has brought together a strong team of yoyo players and manufacturers, turning new ideas into real yoyos.
Players at the heart of development
One of Yoyofriends' biggest strengths is the close connection between its players and manufacturing team. Team members test the yoyos in real-world play and provide highly detailed feedback – sometimes down to 0.1 g in weight and 0.01 mm in dimensions. The result is yoyos that are precise not only on paper, but where it really matters: in play.
Technology without unnecessary compromises
Yoyofriends is not afraid to experiment with materials, construction and colorways. Every new model is also an opportunity to discover how yoyo design can be improved further. Each release builds on what came before, resulting in increasingly refined yoyos.
A manufacturer that listens to players
Since 2021, the Yoyofriends team has also placed even greater emphasis on manufacturing quality, photography and the overall presentation of the brand. Even details such as response pads and yoyo strings are continuously improved. Yoyofriends is built around a simple idea – the best yoyos are created when the people who make them work closely with the people who play them every day.
