Hook

First, practice how to throw the Hook, just like David shows at the beginning of the video. Once you can throw the string correctly, you can attach your other hand, specifically just your index finger, which will break the string and then the loop will hit the yoyo. If you then untwist the yoyo from the Hook with one turn, you shouldn't end up in a trapeze. That's how you know you did the Hook well.
