Boing-e-Boing

Boing-e-Boing is a very popular trick, based on the Split Bottom Mount. It is quite simple, but for many people it is very difficult to learn. The important thing is to move your right hand up and down, and not forward and backward, as we are tempted to do. If you always pay attention to this and think about it, you will learn the trick faster.

Up and down, not forward

Sometimes it also helps to hold the strings on your right index finger with your thumb. If you can't “boing” after a few tries, don't despair! This is a really difficult trick that requires hours and hours of practice to master.

Which yoyo should you use for advanced tricks?

For advanced tricks, an unresponsive yoyo is the best choice. Unlike beginner yoyos it does not come back on a tug – it returns with a trick called the Bind. Thanks to that it can spin much longer and handle more difficult tricks.

Features of unresponsive yoyos

  • Long spin time (Sleeper)
  • Higher stability and performance
  • Yoyo returns with the Bind trick
  • Great for competitions
