The basis for this trick is the Split Bottom Mount. Then you drive the yoyo forward with your left hand until the left hand comes between you and the right hand.

The hardest part is flipping it over your finger

At this point comes the hardest part. By moving both hands at once, you have to throw the yoyo over your right index finger. And we are back to the beginning. If you do the trick correctly, after each complete turn, the string will be wrapped around your right index finger.

Repeat it endlessly

The advantage of “barrels” is that you can repeat them over and over, or you can do them backwards.

Which yoyo should you use for advanced tricks?

For advanced tricks, an unresponsive yoyo is the best choice. Unlike beginner yoyos it does not come back on a tug – it returns with a trick called the Bind. Thanks to that it can spin much longer and handle more difficult tricks.
